What is dynamic weighing?

The dynamic weighing is a special weighing tecnique that starts automatically without taking the operator's attention off his work and that gives the opportunity to read the weight without stopping the usual movements of the machine.

 

DYNAMIC WEIGHING FOR WHEEL LOADERS

Description of the dynamic weighing steps on wheel loaders in motion:

1) Fill in the bucket.
2) The dynamic weighing starts automatically without any operator's action while the machine is moving towards the truck that must be loaded and it is lifting the arm. It is not necessary to stop the machine or the arm lifting.
3) The weighing process takes about 1 - 2 seconds and it is not affected either by the speed movements of the machine or by the the speed lifting of the arm. The weighing takes place regularly if you can hear and acoustic signal.
4) After the weighing, the value is stored and added to the total value of the material already loaded; the number of bucket liftings is automatically increased. When the arm comes down the system is ready for a new weighing process without stopping the machine or without any operator's action.

Description of the dynamic weighing steps on excavator:

1 and 2) Fill in the bucket.
3) The dynamic weighing takes place automatically without any operator's action . It is not necessary to stop the arm lifting. The weighing can take palce in any position of the dipper arm and the weighing height can be chosen by the operator according to the work he is carrying out.
4) The weighing process takes about 1 - 2 seconds and it is not affected either by the speed movements of the machine or by the the speed lifting of the arm. The weighing takes place regularly if you can hear and acoustic signal.
5) After the weighing, the value is stored and added to the total value of the material already loaded; the number of bucket liftings is automatically increased. When the arm comes down the system is ready for a new weighing process without stopping the machine or without any operator's action.
