SPRING ONE is SPRING’s software that facilitates and helps companies manage their 4.0 vehicle fleet. The program makes it possible to integrate all mobile vehicles and fixed installations of any brand and equipped with any 4.0 system and manage them from a single portal in real time directly from your PC. Through this software it is possible to send work orders to the vehicles, control production, receive processing data with related weights or work times, control their fleet and activity history through statistics pages, manage rental planning and scheduled maintenance.

The purchase of SPRING ONE software is subsidised! For the purchase of technologically advanced intangible capital goods functional to the 4 . 0 (Annex B) a tax credit of up to 15% of the cost for purchases from 01 January 2024 until 31 December 2025, or by 30 June 2026 provided that by 31 December 2025 the relevant order has been accepted by the 31 December 2025 the relevant order has been accepted by the seller and down payments have been made in an amount at least 20 per cent of the acquisition cost.

The SPRING ONE software allows you to create and plan the activities of the plants and vehicles in your fleet. Depending on the technology in use, the software automatically enables fields to be completed with information concerning the job, making it possible, for example, to select a commodity and the quantity to be loaded or the time duration of the job. Once created, it is sent to the tool , which shows it to the operator on the display and in the App. Following the work being carried out by the vehicle, the data is displayed by the software in relation to the job.

The software provides a lot of information related to the machines and the production being carried out, such as Volume, Weight, Capacity, Activity hours , Working hours, Speed, Energy consumption, Temperature and Oil pressure… With this data always at hand, it is possible to optimise production cycles, increase efficiency, better manage production resources, trace and correct any anomalies and problems that may arise.

Fleet management

The software allows you to view your vehicles on the map in real time and check their status (whether they are off, on, moving, etc.). Filters can be set up to group vehicles into groups or companies, for example. SPRING ONE also creates various customised reports, generated periodically with the data you need, such as working times, distances, production, consumption.

Rentals

With SPRING ONE you can manage your fleet rentals quickly and easily. The interface shows the availability of vehicles in real time , the calendar with the duration of contracts already concluded and also allows new ones to be drawn up independently, customising text and information. The reports at the end of the rental period contain actual usage data ( weekdays and weekends).end) and can be completed with notes on any damages or fines.

Maintenance

The SPRING ONE software makes it possible to manage the maintenance of equipment and vehicles by creating a schedule of the interventions to be carried out. It is possible to customise each maintenance with the choice of the machine, the limit value to be reached, the date and time, the recurrence of the
control, as well as the descriptive.
When the value or the set date and time is reached, a notification alerts you to the need for the control.
Once the service has been carried out, the maintenance is closed and additional information is entered, such as the date/time of closure, user name and any comments. Via the maintenance list it is possible to view the checks done and to be done.

The software allows quick and easy recognition of vehicles with expired or expiring maintenance both in the list and on the map thanks to the use of contrasting light signals and icons. It is possible to create a registry of the workshops used for maintenance, to which the vehicles are associated during maintenance. Dedicated reporting not only shows the maintenance done and to be done, but also the list of the vehicles that are currently undergoing maintenance
at the listed workshops. The planned duration of maintenance allows the office to plan the various worksites and hires and the use of the available means in relation to those engaged.
