Accessories 4.0

Ibutton is one of the accessories with which we can equip our 4.0 technologies. It is an operator card reader to which it is also possible to assign permits for the use of certain vehicles. Thanks to IButtons, it is possible to authorise an operator to use one or more vehicles. There are many reports that can be obtained with the use of IButtons: it is possible to find out which operator is on board the vehicle, a history can be consulted with the activities carried out by the individual operator, and a report can be obtained that tells us who was working in a certain time slot or who carried out a certain job/job.

Limitation of vehicle use

Through the use of IButtons , it is possible to enable only certain operators to use certain media. Vehicles to which a non-enabled IButton is connected will not start. Only enabled operators can switch on the vehicle. This function is very useful if some of your employees do not have the skills training or necessary permits to use some of the vehicles in your fleet. Allocations are managed directly from the portal, autonomously. Creating new names is easy and intuitive, and changes are immediate and immediately active.

Operator recognition

Each IButton is personal and named. Allocations are managed autonomously by the portal. When a vehicle is in use, it is possible to verify who is operating it. The name of theoperator is always visible at the vehicle he is operating. Reports available on the portal make it possible to check the activities carried out by an operator or check which operators worked during a certain period of time and on which vehicles.

Operator orders

Systems 4.0 systems from SPRING allow you to create and plan at any time and directly from the office a work order and/or hire. The workorder is sent to the medium and subsequently developed. In the report that the system creates at the end it is possible to verify which operator or operators have developed the job. In the job history , it is possible to check who has developed a particular order.
