SPRING s.r.l. has created a remote control software , which accompanies each system. Through a simple and intuitive interface, the instrument installed on the machine can be managed independently. In addition, the DAVIDE vs. GOLIA software allows remote diagnosis of the system status in the event of a malfunction. TELEASSISTANCE is an additional service available for many SPRING systems.
From a remote PC, the service operators will be able to remotely interact directly with the machine. Thanks to this service, total management of the vehicle is possible.

SPRING provides the software DAVIDE vs GOLIA with which you can remotely connect to your own system or that of your customers. By logging in with your own username and password, you can manage the machine on which the system is installed globally. The data is easy to consult and understand.
To activate the remote assistance service, our systems are equipped with a GPS/GPRS module that allows a real-time connection between vehicle and PC.
The module allows access to numerous other functions in addition to remote assistance. Thanks to a dedicated web portal, it is possible to manage one’s own vehicles, using, for example, the real-time localisation of the vehicle, which is also very useful for car rental companies.

The remote assistance service is particularly popular among rental companies. When a vehicle has problems when rented, even if it is in another region, it is possible to check the status of the vehicle and the system and quickly restore operation.
Furthermore, via the web portal it is possible not only to manage the geo-location of each individual machine in real time, but also to consult various reports and histories containing information on the movements and activities of each vehicle.
Various customizable alarms are available, including disallowed movements in certain areas or time periods (e.g. public holidays or night hours) and idle time tolerance.
