Moment limiting device for rear-mounted cranes

The SIR LOCK 3 system covers the supervisory function, important role in ensuring that all material handling operations of materials are carried out without risk of the machine tipping over, limiting its load capacity.
This ensures the safety of the operator and prevents costly damage to the machine, equipment and materials being handled.

The instrument control software is a powerful moment limiter integrated with the Management stabilisation of the machine in addition to the integration of the Road Safety Management the Maintenance Programme and the Black Box Events function.

SIR LOCK 3 systems are set up according to the manufacturer ‘ s technical specifications. SIR LOCK 3 complies with EN ISO 13849-1 PL D .

Data loggers – Counters

SIR LOCK 3 provides for the logging of events occurring during machine manoeuvring operations. The Black Box Logger consists, as its name indicates, of a ‘black box ‘, a memory in which all events are stored.
These events are stored by DAY – MONTH – YEAR and are not overwritten. SIR LOCK 3 also provides for the recording of working times and machine utilisation rates. It is possible to download the COUNTERS and consult them using Excel.

GPS/GPRS module – Remote assistance

SIR LOCK 3 can be equipped with the new GPS/GPRS module. Thanks to this innovative system, SPRING is able to offer Specialised Remote Assistance for each machine. Technical personnel are available in real time to help the customer: the problem will be identified easily and in a short time thanks to an accurate diagnosis and prompt intervention , the machine will be operational again.

GPS/GPRS module – Other functions

In systems with a GPRS module, a dedicated web portal is available to the customer. Many functions are integrated, including real-time geolocation of the machine or fleet of vehicles, rental management, various reports with data on movements made and different alarms that can be set as desired.
