BULLDOZER 2.0 is a high-performance state-of-the-art dynamic weighing system, that integrates easily into even the largest machines. Thanks to the accompanying touch display, the operator always has real-time production under control.

Operations Pages – Main Page

Weighing is simple, automatic, and FULL-DYNAMIC, meaning it operates not only while the arm is in motion but also when the machine itself is moving.

BULLDOZER 2.0 offers the operator several pages to efficiently manage all ongoing activities.

On the main page you can monitor the last weight carried out, the number of weighings, the total already reached, and the set tare value.

It is possible to select or enter the master data of Goods and Customer related to the load to be carried out.

Operating Pages – Commodity Groups and Mixtures

BULLDOZER 2.0 dedicates one of its operational pages to the use of groups of goods and mixtures, also in relation to the customer database.

The system allows you to associate a specific customer with a dedicated list of materials, which is automatically recalled each time that customer profile is selected.
BULLDOZER 2.0 also lets you create material groups and mixes that include multiple items. When selecting a group or mix, all included materials are automatically loaded by the system. If needed, the operator can manually add, remove, or select new materials from the list for use during the current workday.

Before weighing, the operator selects the material to be moved. They can handle one material at a time, as many times as needed. Partial or total RESET buttons allow selected values to be reset.

Operational Pages – Print

BULLDOZER 2.0 can be equipped with a thermal printer for printing receipts at the end of each load.

On the operating page dedicated to printing, it is possible to fill in the fields of the receipt header, add fixed wording to be printed, and modify fonts and printing characteristics.

It is possible to print the receipt with the details of the last load, or with reference to all the materials handled in relation to a customer or group or mixture.

IButton

In the telematic version, BULLDOZER 2.0 can be equipped with the optional IButton module; this is an operator badge reader to which you can attribute permits to use certain vehicles.

With IButtons, operators can be authorized to use one or multiple vehicles.

The system also offers comprehensive reporting:
You can see which operator is currently on board, access a history of their activities, and generate reports showing who was working during specific time periods or who handled a specific job/order.
