DUMPER 2.0 is a state-of-the-art high performance dynamic weighing system, which integrates easily even into the largest machines. Thanks to the accompanying touch display, the operator has real-time production control at all times.

Operations Pages – Main Page

Weighing is simple, automatic, and FULL-DYNAMIC—it takes place even during partial unloading of the dumper.

DUMPER 2.0 offers operators several interface pages to effectively manage their operations.
The main page displays key information such as the weight of the last unload, the number of weighings, the total accumulated weight, and the set tare value.

The system allows operators to associate a customized list of products to a specific client, which is automatically recalled each time that client is selected.

Operational Pages – Print

The system can be equipped with a thermal printer for printing receipts after each unload.
Within the dedicated print page, users can customize the header fields, add fixed messages to print, and adjust font and print settings.
It’s possible to print a receipt with the details of the last load.

Ibutton

In the telematic version, DUMPER 2.0 can be equipped with the optional IButton module.
This badge reader allows assigning usage permissions to specific operators, enabling them to use one or more machines based on their credentials.

The system also supports multiple types of reporting using IButtons:
You can identify which operator is at the controls, view a history of activities performed by individual operators, and access reports indicating who was working during a specific time period or who completed a particular task or job order.
