FORKLIFT 2.0 is a next-generation, high-performance FULL-DYNAMIC weighing system, modularly engineered to integrate seamlessly into the forklift cabin workspace.

Its design is revolutionary, especially in terms of space and weight: it is so compact that it never obstructs the operator’s external view, so lightweight it doesn’t affect the machine’s structure, and so elegant that it blends harmoniously with the existing cabin instrumentation.

At its core is a microprocessor that delivers such fast processing power that the system can detect the weight of handled materials dynamically and in real time—whether the equipment or the vehicle is in motion.

Weighing is simple, automatic an FULL-DYNAMIC

FORKLIFT 2.0 offers operators a variety of pages to efficiently manage all ongoing activities.

On the main screen, users can view the latest weight reading, the number of weighings, the cumulative total, and the set tare value. It is also possible to select or enter product and client records associated with the load.

The system allows operators to associate a customized list of products to a specific client, which is automatically recalled each time that client is selected.

Operations Pages – Commodity groups and mixtures

One of the operational pages is dedicated to the management of product groups and mixtures, linked to specific client records.

Additionally, FORKLIFT 2.0 enables the creation of product groups and mixtures composed of multiple materials. By selecting a group or mixture, the system automatically loads all associated materials.
If needed, the operator can manually add, remove, or select materials from the list—materials that will only be available for that specific workday.

Before weighing, the operator selects the desired material.
They can select one material at a time and move it as many times as needed.
Partial or total RESET buttons allow the operator to reset selected values.

Operations Pages – Commodity groups and mixtures

FORKLIFT 2.0 can be equipped with a thermal printer for printing tickets at the end of the load.
Within the dedicated print page, users can customize the header fields, add fixed messages to print, and adjust font and print settings.

It is possible to print a ticket showing the details of the last load, or one that summarizes all materials handled for a specific client, group, or mixture.

IButton

FORKLIFT 2.0, in its telematic version, can be equipped with the optional IButton module.
This is an operator badge reader that also allows the assignment of specific usage permissions for certain machines.
Thanks to the IButtons, it is possible to authorize an operator to use one or more vehicles, ensuring secure and controlled access.

The system also supports multiple types of reporting using IButtons:
You can identify which operator is at the controls, view a history of activities performed by individual operators, and access reports indicating who was working during a specific time period or who completed a particular task or job order.
