Volumetric system for mobile installations

The M3 is a state-of-the-art volumetric system, specially designed for mobile plants such as screens and crushers, to monitor the production of the main belt and secondary belts. It is equipped with state-of-the-art sensor technology, a mobile touchscreen display for the operator interface, an optional onboard display and additional modules for the 4.0 model. On the mobile touchscreen display, the operator can view real-time production data of both main and secondary belts, reset flow values, perform tare and check sensor status. In the 4.0 model he can also receive work orders that he has to develop, open and close a job. The display is also customised with your machine.

Production and telediagnosis

The m3 system is accompanied by a mobile touchscreen display, which the operator can use while loading the vehicle or nearby to monitor production in real time. Thanks to a simple and intuitive interface, the operator is always in control of the real-time production of the system, with partial and total production values, L/s flow rate, speed and status of the main and secondary belts. With a few clicks, the operator is able to tare the belt or reset the partial and total load values of the various belts. It is possible to print a summary receipt of the production values carried out. It is also possible to carry out a telediagnosis of certain values concerning the medium, such as the status of the general power supply and sensors.

Work order management

The m3 system is also available in version 4.0, which allows access to important tax incentives, as well as making additional options available. For example, it allows the operator to view the list of work orders that the office has generated for him using the dedicated web portal or the SPRING One office software. Each work order received contains the details of the work to be carried out, the expected duration or production, the goods, customer details and location. The operator can take over the job order he intends to develop, open it and close it as the work progresses. The data on the work carried out are then available in the office.
