Weighing system for underbody

The REDIVIDER 2.0 is a state-of-the-art weighing system, specifically designed for underbody applications (tippers, tankers, roll-off vehicles, refuse collection vehicles, drains…). It is equipped with state-of-the-art sensors, an App for the operator interface and additional modules for the 4.0 model. Thanks to CUBE, the SPRING App, with a remote viewer the operator can view production data in real time, reset values, perform tare and check the status of the sensors.
In the 4.0 model, he can also receive work orders that he has to develop, open and close a job, check scheduled maintenance deadlines, receive notifications when new orders are loaded and if it is time for maintenance*.

Production and Telediagnosis

The CUBE App accompanies the REDIVIDER 2.0 system. Thanks to a simple and intuitive interface, the operator always has the real-time production of the system under control, with partial and total production values. With a few clicks, the operator is able to tare or reset the values. It is also possible to telediagnose certain values concerning the vehicle, such as the status of the general power supply and sensors.

Work order management

The REDIVIDER 2.0 system is also available in version 4.0, which provides access to significant tax incentives as well as additional features. For example, it allows the operator to view a list of work orders generated by the office through the dedicated web portal or the SPRING One office software. Each received work order contains details of the task to be performed, the expected duration or output, the type of goods, client information, and the job site. The operator can take charge of the work order they intend to carry out, and open or close it based on the progress of the work. The data related to the tasks performed is then made available at the office.

Planned maintenance (4.0)

REDIVIDER 2.0 allows automated management of the scheduled maintenance of the vehicle on which it is installed. The interventions to be carried out are cadenced according to a customisable schedule and can be managed by fixed date or activity hours. Thanks to the CUBE App, the operator using the vehicle is also constantly updated about the timing of interventions*. He can check in real time which interventions are scheduled and receives a notification when it is time to carry them out.
