TLB Dumper

The TLB system is a state-of-the-art on-board weighing system which combines high load accuracy with highly advanced communication technology. Weighing data are shown in real time on the screen of the associated tablet, allowing the operator to monitor values both inside and outside the cab. Through the App, the operator can start and stop weighing, check the values of Net Weight, Gross Weight and Tare Weight values, and monitor the status of external indicators such as the beeper and traffic light.

The tablet also enables the operator to perform various functions, including resetting, performing and saving a new tare, selecting the weight display increment (e.g. 20 kg), and remotely adjusting the weighing system’s accuracy in coordination with SPRING technicians to optimize performance.
