Weighing system for articulated trucks, tippers, road trains

TLB is a powerful on-board Weighing and Anti-Overloading System, created especially for articulated trucks, tippers and tractor-trailers. Thanks to BLUETOOTH technology, the operator can keep an eye on the load at all times, both in and outside the cab, directly from his smartphone. The instrument control software guarantees very high precision, which varies depending on the application, it controls the weight distribution on the axles in real time, thereby optimising the load and avoiding overloading. In addition, for some vehicles it allows weighing without lifting the tank.

The system

The TLB system is a state-of-the-art on-board weighing system that combines high load accuracy with highly advanced communication technology. Weighing data is shown in real time on the display of the associated smartphone (optional) or on the operator’s own display, so that the operator can keep track of the values while in or out of the cab. On the App, the operator starts and stops the weighing, checks the values of Net Weight, Gross Weight and Tare Weight, the weight distribution over the axles, as well as the status of the external warning light, Traffic Light. There are many functions that the operator can carry out via smartphone, such as resetting, carrying out and memorising a new Tare, choosing the approximation in kg with which the weights are displayed (e.g. 20 kg), acting remotely on the accuracy of the weighing system in order to improve its performance in agreement with SPRING s.r.l. technicians.

Fleet management

The TLB system allows you to manage your fleet vehicles freely and without constraints. It enables different semi-trailers or trailers to be connected to various tractors, and they can be interchanged as needed without requiring changes to the system.

TLB automatically connects to the attached trailer or semi-trailer, allowing the operator to begin work in real time.

The system is also available with a data transmission feature for fleet monitoring. This allows real-time access to loading and unloading data via a dedicated web portal in the office. Additionally, it enables vehicle tracking, monitoring of operating times and locations, and management of scheduled maintenance.
