Mobile belt weighing system

TWO-18 PRM is SPRING s.r.l. ‘s system for mobile tapes validated and compliant with the requirements of Transition 4.0.
The device is equipped with a 4.3” full color graphic display. This allows all data on the screen to be displayed at a glance, in all lighting conditions, without distracting the operator from what is happening to or on the machine.

Usage and available functions

When the instrument is switched on , the machine and various operating values are displayed.

  2. Partial weight
  3. System Messages
  4. Partial time
  5. Instantaneous flow rate t/h
  6. Instantaneous speed m/s
  7. Tara (ok, in progress, not ok)

Function keys

  • F4 Reset of partial values (weight, time)
  • F7, F8 Show next screens (diagnosis, job)

The diagnosis screen shows different values concerning real-time machine processing and statistics.

  1. battery voltage reading
  2. Instantaneousflow rate
  3. Instantaneous speed
  4. Hours worked ( Part-time, Total T.)
  5. Weight in tonnes (P. partial, T. total)
  6. Portal connection status (Connected/offline)
  7. Locking from remote control

  • F3 Reset Min and Max values of battery and flow rate
  • F4 reset partial values (weight, time)
  • F7 F8 Show subsequent schematics (Machine, Job)
