Moment Limiter for Industrial Machines

THRIFTY LED is a very versatile system, designed to be installed on various industrial vehicles.
The control software is a powerful moment limiter, which can also be integrated with the Traffic Light, external beeper light and the Black Box, to store what happens to the machine during work phases.

The system meets the requirements of EN ISO 13849-1 and 13849-2 PL c.

The System

THRIFTY LED is a Momentum Limiter. The system monitors the operating pressure of the main cylinder (ARM1). When the machine is in an overload condition, the only movement allowed is the retraction of the arm extension. -100%: when lit at the same time as the 90% LED , the system is overloaded (rotation, retraction and RESET are the only manoeuvres allowed). When 90% is off , the system is in overload mode ( retraction is the only manoeuvre allowed). -90% : lights up when 90% overload pressure is reached.
